Meet the Family Behind Bourbon Highway

Welcome to Bourbon Highway! I’m CC, and along with my honey Mr. Morgan, and our amazing partner, Angelia, we are absolutely thrilled to have you here!

My personal journey in the entertainment world started years ago, evolving from performing as a singer with live bands to hosting events, teaching dance, and growing my own entertainment company. Music, dancing, and bringing people together have always been my driving passion. When the opportunity came to take over this venue, Morgan, Angelia, and I teamed up and poured our hearts into working together to create the perfect atmosphere. Our vision was to build a true community hub where everyone can find their kind of fun under one roof.

Of course, a venue is only as good as the people inside it. We are so incredibly lucky to have an amazing staff and a powerhouse group of entertainers who bring the life, soul, and energy to Bourbon Highway every single night.

Together, we've designed an experience that spans two completely unique floors:

The Heart of the House (Downstairs)

We wanted the main floor to feel like a welcoming gathering place. We completely revamped our restaurant menu to feature hearty favorites—including our signature burgers, street tacos, steak, and chicken sandwiches—paired with a beautiful full bar. Drawing from our roots in live entertainment, we made sure this floor is always buzzing. Whether we’re hosting incredible live bands, putting on interactive trivia nights, or turning up the mics for karaoke and DJ sets, the downstairs is built for a great time.

The Dance Hall (Upstairs)

As a line dancing instructor myself, the upstairs space is incredibly special to me. We wanted to create the ultimate destination for boot-scooting in the area, so we dedicated the entire upper floor to a massive dance hall. Complete with its own full-service bar, it’s the perfect place to grab a drink, jump into a line dancing lesson, or dance the night away to live country DJs. It’s also a fantastic space that we transform for private events and celebrations.
